I however rate my chances of playing such games are less then 30% and it has nothing to due with cost. The thought of a multi-player games are intriguing. That isn't to say that if the game takes off we couldn't look at some sort of PVP down the line after launch, but for now we are going great guns to make a single player experience that you'll all be pleased withĮvil Twin and others, I apologize, if any of my thoughts are already know to you'll. I would love to see this game mode if you have anything to add to this you are all welcome. When you leave your ship will remain there and is venerable to attack so make sure you leave it in the habour where it is most protected. The game mode will take possibly a week depending on how good each other team is. You can choose your starting nation U.S.A, U.K, Japan. It is like te campaign but with 50 v 50 in all out warfare. This mode is like a world conquest in which all of the ports must be taken by either side. The other one though is the real reason to play Victory at Sea Pacific Multiplayer. This game mode is heavily inspired by Battlestations Midway multiplayer. For this types of battles it will only be up to 10 players. Players will be able to pick slots with designated ships. One being specific battles such as battle of Java sea in which the match will only last maybe half an hour. They will begin firing all available guns on your position as well as launching any available aircraft. The enemy of course will not sit still and let this happen. Once a hostile port is completely scouted out, an amphibious assault can be triggered.Ī fleet of landing craft will advance on the port, attempting to land troops. If the tide of the war is turning in your favour you may feel brave enough to send some ships to do the scouting, but beware nearby fleets might be called in to defend the port. This improves the chances that the sub will not be spotted (unless there are enemy Destroyers in the area).Īlternatively a good spotter aircraft can be used to scout out the area, maybe even spot some enemy fleets at the same time. Depending on the resources available you could send in a submerged submarine, raising the periscope to get a lay of the land. The Recon is a vital part of Victory At Sea Pacific & players have choices when it comes to the scouting of a port.
